DESIGN TOKEN FOUNDATION Colors, typography, and spacing as structured variables. AI tools can read and reference these directly, keeping everything on-brand automatically.
AI TOOLING SETUP I configure the AI tools your team will actually use — so a non-designer can generate on-brand work, and a developer can pull design-informed code without a senior designer in the room.
DEV HANDOFF PIPELINE A direct connection between your Figma system and your engineering workflow. Less back-and-forth, fewer misinterpretations, faster shipping.
TEAM PLAYBOOK & TRAINING A simple, honest guide your team can follow. Plus a one-hour handoff session so nothing falls apart after I leave.
