If a neighbourhood had to nourish its surroundings, what would we build differently today?
This scenario starts with a desired future neighbourhood and works backwards through construction, ownership, maintenance and material recovery. Its assumptions would be made explicit alongside a submitted speculative design.
An invitation, not a forecast.
A future Submission should distinguish the imagined setting, real signals, technical assumptions and questions it leaves open. No scenario here is a claim about what will happen.
